I've spent over 30 years working in highly demanding business environments, requiring strong business acumen, interpersonal skills and discipline to be successful. With this experience, I have a passion for coaching others to their definition of success - empowering them using aspirational goal setting, focused execution and an holistic approach to build sustainable personal growth.

I developed my career in the High Tech sector, predominantly in Enterprise Sales, Sales Leadership, and Specialist function Leadership roles. Personally I benefited from coaching and mentoring during my career, and developing the people in my teams quickly became my primary motivator in leadership roles.
